Groupe Le Duff is a food company focusing on Tradition and Nutrition. We work to ensure that we serve wellness and pleasure to our 510,000 customers who come to eat with us every day. This value is common to all of our names.
We are professionals in the “dough” business: bread dough, brioche dough, pastry dough, pizza dough, etc.

We combine flavour, French tradition and nutrition. Our production process is still deliberately a handcrafted one for the most part to preserve the quality of traditional recipes.

• How do you develop your recipes?
We strive daily to ensure maximum quality and safety in our products by end-to-end control, inspection and analysis of the production process from the raw material to the plate.
We have developed an ultra-modern process which starts with stringent selection of the best authentic raw materials of prime quality and controlled origin, such as French flour varieties, AOC Poitou Charentes butter, etc.
Our production methods are based on the age-old bakery ones to offer products of unmatchable quality.
These allow the dough to rest to ensure the best quality.
The production unit in Servon sur Vilaine near Rennes (Ile-et-Vilaine) has the latest quality assurance certificates. Furthermore, its equipment based on the latest technology guarantees food safety and traceability for customers.
Our Handcrafted products, Industrial management credo has made us an industry benchmark for frozen fine pastry and bread.
