• Who are the people behind these skills?
Our recipes are put together in France by French master bakers who are highly qualified in the bakery, pastry-making and restaurant industry. The research involved demands several years work every time.
We work with 3 group R&D departments, “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” chefs and nutritionists.
We also have a partnership of about 10 years with the famous Lenôtre establishment.
• Can we claim real product innovation?
Ongoing innovation is a flagship in our success.
We long since set up an ongoing research cell to create new recipes, especially for nutrition and health.
For instance, we have launched the first white baguette with soluble fibres.
Because the first requirement is for the product to be good, this fibre baguette took 2 years to develop.
The “Delifibre” baguette with its undeniable health and nutrition effects makes the eater feel well fed, which limits the temptation to nibble.

It has major nutritional value because it helps to control energy inputs by satisfying hunger more quickly.
This baguette is a real health innovation and combines the enjoyment of white bread with the health benefits of fibres which are lacking in the modern diet.
• Are these products known and accepted today?
Yes they are. In 2007 and 2008, some of our products were awarded the “flavour of the year” distinction by which the industry and consumers recognises the quality of our products.
It is a true “outward sign of good taste”.
