We work to ensure that we serve wellness and pleasure to our 510,000 customers who come to eat every day at one of our names. We believe in handcrafted food made with prime ingredients – additive-free French-style flour, locally sourced butter, etc.
Our recipes are put together by highly-qualified professional bakers and cooks and in-house and external nutrition teams. We offer a nutrition guide in our restaurants to keep our customers informed. Our daily task is to guarantee food of maximum quality and safety by end-to-end control, inspection and analysis of the production process from the raw material to the plate.
